Our Cancellation Policy for the Day Spa is a 24 hr cancelation for all treatments. With out this 24hr notice you will automatically forfeit your treatment.
All Saturday & Group Appointments will require a credit card deposit. This ensures that our Therpaist are paid for there services if there is a no show or no phone call 24hrs prior to service to cancel.
We appreciate your time and greatly appreciate the same in return.
